Alcoholic beverage refers to the beverage for people to drink with
alcohol content above 0.5% (vol), including all kinds of fermented
liquor, distilled liquor, prepared liquor and premixed liquor.

Filling machine is one of the main equipment of liquor production.

The liquor filling machine is made of stainless steel body, with
compact structure, perfect control system, convenient operation and
high automation. All parts contacted with the material are made of
high quality stainless steel without process dead angle and easy to
clean. The high speed filling valve is adopted, the liquid level is
accurate and liquid loss, and the filling process requirements are
ensured. The control system has the functions of production speed
control, cap missing detection, bottle stuck self stop and output
counting.
1. The machine adopts special filling valve and high-power vacuum
pump, and the liquid level is consistent after packaging and
filling.
2. When filling the bottle mouth, the liquid flows down the bottle
wall. It effectively controls the foam caused by the liquid impact
during filling and prevents liquid overflow.
3. The machine has the advantages of variable frequency speed
regulation, fast filling speed, overload protection device, bottle
clamping stop, soft start and elastic bottle supporting device,
which can reduce the damage of bottles.
4. The filling volume is adjusted by adding and subtracting the
gasket on the filling valve, which is convenient and fast.
5. The filling range of the machine is large, and the filling
volume can be adjusted in 100-1500 ml.
6. Applicable to a wide range of bottle height, can be adjusted
between 100-380mm.
7. The main sealing parts are made of imported silica gel, and the
main parts are made of 304 stainless steel meeting the requirements
of food hygiene.
8. The filling valve is easy to disassemble and clean.
Classification of liquor filling machine: according to the degree
of automation, it is divided into automatic liquor filling machine
and semi automatic filling machine.
According to the type of filling machine, it can be divided into
linear liquor filling machine and rotary liquor filling machine.
